Tuition Information

We are excited to offer online enrollment for tuition payments for the 2013-2014 school year via FACTS Management Company.

Tuition Options:

1. Pay in full by July 1, 2013 - Payment should be made directly to Notre Dame Academy before July 1, 2013.

2. Select an automatic deduction plan.

  • Option 1 - 12 monthly payments - July 2013 through June 2014
  • Option 2 - 4 monthly payments - July 2013, October 2013, January 2014, April 2014
  • Option 3 - 3 monthly payments - July 2013, November 2013, March 2014
  • Option 4 - 2 monthly payments - July 2013, February 2014

Tuition Rate for 2012-2013 school year:

  • Regular rate for 2 + children - $6661.00
  • Regular rate for 1 child - $5,948.00
  • Discount rate for 2 + children - $5,620.00
  • Discount rate for 1 child - $4,908.00

Tuition for the 2013-14 school year will be determined in the Spring, 2013

Deadline for online FACTS enrollment has yet to be determined.

Financial Assistance

Notre Dame Academy families received $67,192.13 in tuition assistance for the 2012-2013 school year. They received help from several different sources:

  • Catholic Education Foundation-  Need based aid distributed by the Archdiocese of Louisville. The 2013-2014 deadline is March 15, 2013. Applications available:  http://www.ceflou.org
  • School Choice Scholarship- Assistance for families who are eligible for free or reduced lunch. The 2013-2014 deadline April 9, 2013. To check eligibility guidelines visit them online at: http://www.schoolchoiceky.com
  • Community Catholic Center - Provides tuition assistance within a community setting for families living in the Portland and West End neighborhoods. For more information and participation guidelines, visit www.communitycatholiccenter.org. 
  • Notre Dame Academy Financial Aid- Some years, through the generosity of donors, Notre Dame Academy is able to offer financial assistance to families in need. If we are able to offer assistance for the 2013-2014 school year, NDA families will be notified.
